Commercial Indoor
Plant Grow Systems

the climate and demanding customer MARKET, WILL DRIVe NEW INDOOR FARMING TECHNOLOGY

For many crops, traditional farming is going to change quickly, and farm-based businesses will need to embrace new indoor grow technology.

Diversify in crop production will help to keep up with changing customer delivery requirements. Schedules, not seasons now dictate crop delivery.

Indoor farming can deliver steady production for direct food and drink production/packaging, grocery chain distribution, restaurant chains and web/mail order distribution.

small Wineries can compete better by producing crops year round

  • Grow for precise delivery schedules

  • Multiple crop delivery cycles throughout the year

  • Controlled and repeatable operational costs

  • Tremendous water savings per year

  • Protection from the changing world environment

  • Crop protection from pests (most cases, no pesticides required)

Vertical Farming and Warehouse Farming

Different from field growing, with more efficient water usage, clean pesticide free crops, and sustained factory-style production for continuous year-round crop growing.

Traditional farms can use this technology to expand their product offerings, reduce their risk and provide precise delivery schedules. Multiple crop cycles per year to help normalize and guarantee business cash flow.

ACE
AUTOMATED CONTROL ENVIRONMENT

The ACE grow system provides Control Room level visibility on cycles and schedules. Automatically controlling hardware (nutrition delivery, water, lights, pumps, filters, humidity, CO2) using predetermine grow schedules.

The indoor farm operator can select the plant types, growing region, and production schedules. The crops can be automatically guided through each daily grow cycle, and production schedules can help to determine the length of day and night cycles.

Successful crop grow batches can be saved on the software and the entire grow can be repeated.

Many tasks including nurturing seedlings, enhancing stem development and vegetative growth, can make a big difference when taking the plant through full growth, flowering and product bearing stages.

Each plant’s unique attributes can be considered to create situational awareness with the proper lighting spectrums, feeding schedules and seasonal environmental settings.
